Hogao is criollo sauce, used in many Colombian dishes.

Ingredients

  • 2 large Red Tomatoes, finely diced.
  • 2 scallions, finery chopped.
  • ¼ Cup of Oil
  • Allspice, Cubed Chicken Broth, Salt, Pepper.

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in a medium frying pan.
  2. Add scallions, fry 5 minutes in medium heat.
  3. Add tomato, and spices. Let cook in low heat for 10 minutes.
  4. The question is, how much stock, what consistency do we want
