This seasoning will elevate your rib roast to steakhouse quality. Oh, and don't let me start on how good this is on steak.
Ingredients
- 1 cup celery seed
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1/2 cup coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup coarsely ground coriander seed
- 2 tsp mesquite smoke powder
- 1/4 cup chipotle powder
Procedure
- Combine all ingredients in an airtight container with a shaker lid.
