Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat eggs well, add sugar and beat.
  2. Add ricotta and beat.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
  4. Divide dough into 2 parts, 1 large and 1 small ball.
  5. Using larger ball, roll out and line a 12-inch baking dish.
  6. Pour mixture and cover with strips rolled out from small ball of dough.
  7. Fill pan ¾ full.
  8. Bake at 325°F for 3 hours.
  9. Remove when cooled.
