- 1 Quart peaches, Peeled And Mashed
- 2 Cups sugar,divided
- 1 Quart Half And Half
- 3 Drops almond extract
Mix peaches With 1 Cup sugar And Chill. Add Remaining Cup of sugar to Half And Half And Chill. Place Cream Mixture in Ice cream Freezer; Add almond extract And Freeze Until Semi Stiff. Add peaches And Finish Freezing. Variation: You May Add 4 T. amaretto Before Freezing.Source: Unknown
