Broiled Steak


This is a Steak Dip For Charring in an Electric Oven.

As Desired: garlic, Cracked pepper or Any Herbs You May Wish.


Blend oil And Seasonings. Dip Steak. Broil as Close to Element as Possible, About 6 Minutes on Each Side. When Steaks Are Sealed And Charred, Place Steak in Middle of The Oven And Reduce Heat to 350 And Roast 12 to 15 Minutes or Rare, 15 to 25 Minutes For Medium And About 30-35 Minutes For Well Done. Serves 1
