Directions

  1. Put provolone cheese, spinach, and carrot stick on chicken breasts.
  2. Roll and secure with toothpicks.
  3. Brown in frying pan with oil for 5 minutes.
  4. Add can of flavored diced tomatoes.
  5. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
