Peruvian-style Guacamole
Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- ¼ cup finely chopped onions
- ½ cup ají amarillo or rocoto hot sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and serve as it is.
