Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine flour and baking powder and set aside.
  3. Place milk, eggs, sugar, peanut butter and salt in blender container, cover and blend. Pour over dry ingredients; stir just to moisten.
  4. Fill greased muffin pans ⅔ full.
  5. Bake in 400°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
