CABBAGE-APPLE SLAW
� Red or green cabbage [SMALL HEAD]
1-2 Carrots, coarsely shredded
1-2 Onion, coarsely chopped
3 Apples, shredded
2 Celery ribs, chopped
� c. Sour cream
� c. Sugar
4 Teaspoon . Vinegar
2 Teaspoon . Seasoning [like ranch or other]
Mix cream, sugar, vinegar & seasoning to blend; Mix veggie
ingredients; combine & chill.
