Crockpot Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 or 2 carrots thinly sliced
• 1 or 2 celery stalks thinly sliced
• 1 onion sliced
• 1 chicken cut up into parts (or 2 breasts)
• 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
• pepper
• garlic powder

Directions

1. Put vegetables in crock pot.
2. Place chicken on top.
3. Sprinkle with bouillon and seasonings, add ¼ cup water and cook on low 8 hours.
4. This is much like a delicious roasted chicken.
