Description

Fig jam

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Blanch figs for 5 minutes into hot water and remove from it.
  2. Make syrup from sugar and water.
  3. Then add syrup to figs and set aside for 24 hours.
  4. Separate fruit from the liquid and boil again.
  5. Add figs and cook until ready on low heat.
