Directions

  1. Mix the chick pea flour, olive oil and water (if possible leave overnight)
  2. Pre-heat the oven to 200 °F and bake the mixture in a tray for 45 minutes (or until firm).
  3. Eat warm and sprinkle some salt and pepper before eating.
