About Taratezak
Taratezak is almost the same thing with watercress, being an aquatic perennial herb of the mustard family cultivated in springs and wet soil in areas with temperate climates. This herb can be used both as salad and as garnish. It has white or yellow flowers with four sepals, four petals, six stamens, and a pistil. As for the fruit, it is a long slender silique, or elongated capsule.
