Finnish Fish Salad

Ingredients

• 3 medium boiled potatoes diced
• 3 carrots cooked and diced
• 1 medium onion diced
• 3 to 4 pickled beets diced
• herring or any poached firm fish broken into small pieces
• salt and pepper
• vinegar

Directions

1. Stir to mix ingredients, add salt and pepper.
2. Refrigerate for flavors to "marry" and pass at the table with vinegar.
