In Australia these pufftaloons are usually made with a yeast-based bread dough.
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 dessert spoon butter
Procedure
- Rub butter into flour & baking powder
- Make dough with milk
- Deep fry.
Serve hot with jam or golden syrup
