Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rub chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat margarine; brown chicken on both sides; add boiling water; cover and cook 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
  3. Remove chicken from pan; keep hot.
  4. To the juices in pan, add onions; cook until soft.
  5. (save a bit for garnish from the green tops).
  6. Add tomatoes; cook until soft as mush; add thyme and parsley.
  7. salt and pepper if needed.
  8. Mix sour cream, flour, paprika; add to onions and salt.
  9. Cook until thick; spoon over chicken and serve.
