Description
- Makes 4 one half cup servings
Ingredients
- 2 cups low-fat milk
- ½ cup Simply Eggs (egg substitute)
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp rum or brandy, optional
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ⅛ tsp grated nutmeg
- whipped topping, optional
Procedures
- Place milk, eggs, sugar, rum or brandy, vanilla and nutmeg in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until frothy.
- Pour eggnog into 2 tall glasses and if desired, top with whipped topping.
