Description
Frikadeller would be the danish version of meatballs. Often served with potatoes and gravy.
Ingredients
- 500 g ground veal and pork mix
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 dl (~0.5 cup) milk
- Some salt and pepper
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
- Shape them into round meatballs with a spoon and fry them on a pan
