Ingredients
- 2 cups chickpea flour
- ½ cup yellow split peas
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cup water
Directions
- Add liquid all at once and mix quickly using pastry blender.
- Dust the rolling pin on the board and knead about 1 cm thickness.
- Cut cookies into round or shape with a cookie cutter dipped in flour.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 450°F.
- And cool for half hour.
