Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a shallow pan.
  2. Sauté the onions, add the pepper, tomatoes, garlic and vinegar.
  3. Add the okra and the black pepper.
  4. Let simmer till the okra is tender, add water when necessary.
  5. Adjust salt to taste.
