Description

Aniseed milk. This winter drink is great on a cold day, with or without an open fire. It is also a wonderful drink to send you off to sleep.

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. When using whole aniseed, tie the aniseed in a thin cloth and leave in the warm milk for a while.
  2. Add the sugar, remove the seed, and boil the milk.
  3. When using aniseed powder, simply boil the milk and add the aniseed powder to taste.
