Ingredients
- 1 or 2 carrots thinly sliced
- 1 or 2 celery stalks thinly sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 chicken cut up into parts (or 2 breasts)
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- pepper
- garlic powder
Procedures
- Put vegetables in crock pot.
- Place chicken on top.
- Sprinkle with bouillon and seasonings, add ¼ cup water and cook on low 8 hours.
- This is much like a delicious roasted chicken.
