Description

This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Steep Estate in Elmo, Texas in 1989. From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"[1]

Directions

  1. Drain clams reserving ¼ cup of juice then rinse and mince well.
  2. Add minced clams, juice and seasonings to softened cream cheese and mix well.
  3. Chill at least 3 hours to combine flavors.
