- 4 cups fresh strawberries
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Procedures
- Rinse strawberries and drain thoroughly. You may remove the caps or leave them on for color.
- Mix together yogurt, brown sugar, and vanilla. When ready to serve, spoon the yogurt mixture into a pretty container and place in the center of a large platter.
