Ingredients
Base
- 7 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Topping
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Procedure
- Blend base until creamy.
- Mix topping in a bowl.
- Pour the sweet potato a large casserole dish.
- Sprinkle on topping and bake at 350 degrees until top crisps and hardens.
