  1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add the garlic and Onion and sauté until softened.
  2. Add the Beef and brown on all sides.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well, bring to the boil then reduce the heat, cover and simmer for at least 1 hour, adding more stock or water as necessary. Serve hot.
