  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes and boil them in water. After they are tender place them in the frying pan with the heated oil.
  2. While the potatoes are frying, whisk the eggs together with the milk and soy sauce in the bowl. Then, when the potatoes are golden brown, pour the egg mixture over them, and continue to fry until the egg has been cooked to your taste. Finally, serve it with fresh salad.
