Description

If you add enough sugar, it will erase all the yucky elements of this!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a large pan, bring the water to boil
  2. Pour the dried milk. Stir until you get a homogenous mix.
  3. Add the tapioca, turn off the heat and cover for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Note: Sugar is optional
