Description

Dressing for spinach salads, from The Bicycle Shop, Santa Monica From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"[1]

  • Makes 2½ cups

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Bring vinegar and tarragon to boil.
  2. Cool.
  3. Blend mustard and cooled vinegar/tarragon mixture in deep bowl.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Gradually add oil beating constantly until well mixed.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
