Description

  • Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Coat both sides of chicken with peppercorns.
  2. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook chicken in oil 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
  4. Mix margarine and honey.
  5. Top chicken with mixture.
