Description
Ingredients
- 2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup bran
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 egg
- 1 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 nectarine
- 3 tsp orange zest
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Procedures
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Stir until blended.
- Spoon batter into 2 ½-inch nonstick muffin cups.
- Bake in 400 °F. Oven 20 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out dry.
- Serve warm.
