Ingredients

Marinade

Directions

  1. Marinade the beef for 30 minutes.
  2. Using wok, pour ¼ to ⅓ cup peanut oil.
  3. When oil is hot, add chile peppers and ginger root.
  4. When ginger root and peppers turn brown, remove from pan.
  5. Stir fry meat.
  6. Save extra juice from marinade.
  7. Set aside meat.
  8. Stir fry onions and green onions.
  9. Add extra juice and meat.
  10. Stir together well; heat through thoroughly.
  11. Serve hot with rice or over bed of fried bean thread.
