- Makes 3 servings
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp chopped onion
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cups milk
- 1½ cups mashed potatoes, (prepared with milk and butter)
- ½ tbsp salt, optional
- ⅛ tbsp celery salt, optional
- ⅛ tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp minced fresh or dried chives
Directions
- In a pan, sauté the onion in butter until tender.
- Add milk, potatoes, salt and celery salt if desired, and pepper.
- Heat through.
- Garnish with chives.
