  • Makes 4 large scones.

Ingredients

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 400 °F.
  2. Mix first 6 ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Fold in berries.
  4. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and form 4 mounds of batter on sheet (leave room in between 'em -- they expand!).
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
