Description

This won an award for Marilee Syme of Portland in an Automobile Club of Oregon Zero Proof Mixoff contest.

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Mix seltzer, cream and syrups.
  2. Serve over ice.

Notes

  1. The syrups can be found in specialty food stores and some coffee stores.
