Ingredients
- 29 oz can red kidney beans, rinsed
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup dried bread crumbs
- 1½ tsp Italian seasoning
- marinara sauce
- Parmesan cheese, grated
Procedures
- Mash rinsed red kidney beans from a 29 oz can.
- Mix with a egg, ¼ cup dried bread crumbs and 1½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Make 4 patties.
- Pan fry until hot and crusty.
- Top with heated marinara sauce and grated Parmesan cheese.
