Ingredients
- 2 cups peanut flour
- 1 cup white flour
- 1½ teaspoons salt
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons shortening, melted
- 1 egg
- 1½ cups milk
Procedures
- First sift and mix together all the dry ingredients.
- Add milk, beaten egg and melted shortening.
- Mix well.
- Bake in greased gem pans in hot oven for about 20 minutes.
