Description

Makes 6 servings

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Combine rice, peaches, and 1/3 cup Sugar in buttered, shallow 1-1/2-quart baking dish.
  2. Mix flour, remaining 1/3 cup Sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in medium bowl; cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
  3. Sprinkle flour mixture over rice. Sprinkle walnuts over flour mixture.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
