Description

Zucchini was mentioned in the Bible (Book of Leviticus), and, until this day has remained part of the fare in Israel and neighboring lands.

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Cut zucchini into rings and fry in oil.
  2. Set zucchini aside.
  3. Fry chopped onion until transparent.
  4. Add tomatoes, black pepper, salt and green and / or red pepper.
  5. Saute until soft.
  6. Pour over zucchini rings.
