- 1 Can peach Halves, Drained (16 Oz)
- 1 Pint vanilla Ice cream
- 1/4 Cup raspberry preserves
Place One peach Half in Each of 4 Small Serving Dishes. Fill Center With a Scoop of ice Cram; Top With 1 T. Preserves. Makes 4 Servings. Tip: to Substitute, Use Frozen raspberries, Thawed, For The Preserves.Source: Unknown
