Description

Spiced spareribs From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"[1]

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Trim fat from meat.
  2. Combine seasonings and water to make a paste.
  3. Add a little more water if needed.
  4. Rub mixture over meat, coating evenly.
  5. Marinate in a closed container at least 24 hours, refrigerated.
  6. Place ribs in a baking dish and bake 1 hour at 350°F or until tender.
  7. Variation: barbecue ribs over medium coals, turning often, for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
