- 30 fl. oz water (3 cans full) (890ml)
- 3 tablespoon distilled white vinegar

- Contents will settle over time, shake vigorously before serving.
- Recipe is easy to customize. Some options include adding cilantro, garlic, dill weed, peppers, or a few ounces of spinach.
- Add 3 tbsp (2 servings) of bacon substitute to add a smoky taste and 10 g of protein at the cost of a few grams of fat and 2/10 of a gram of salt.

One serving provides 31% of a day's recommended Vitamin C, 26% of Vitamin A, 18% of Vitamin E, 9% of pyridoxine, 15% of vitamin K and 13% of niacin. In terms of minerals, it provides 25% of a day's potassium, 17% of manganese and copper, and 16% of iron. Additionally, one serving also has 4 grams of both dietary fiber and protein.
