Description

Yemeni hot sauce

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Place the Serrano chilies (any other hot chile may be used), garlic, and coriander in a food processor and chop finely.
  2. Add the hot pepper, cumin, and salt and pulse a few times to mix.
  3. Place in a clean glass jar and cover with a little olive oil.
  4. Refrigerate.
