Description

This mustard is good with corned beef, ham, and sausages, it also makes a great gift!

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Whisk first 5 ingredients in a saucepan to combine.
  2. Whisk in beer and vinegar until incorporated.
  3. Let stand 10 minutes.
  4. Or until foam subsides, then whisk in eggs until blended.
  5. Cook 12 minutes or until boiling.
  6. Reduce heat, simmer 2 minutes or until mixture has thickened.
  7. Pour into jars.
  8. Let stand until cool, then cover and refrigerate.
  9. Tie a ribbon and 2 pretzels around jar as a decoration, then give as a gift.
