Vietnamese Spicy Beef Stew
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp oil
- 4 star anise
- 2 medium onions
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 10 green onions
- ½ tsp whole peppercorns
- 1 stalk lemon grass
- sugar
- 2 lbs stewing beef
- 5 cups water
- ⅓ cup yellow bean sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
Procedures
- Make a mixture with all the ingredients and boil them in the oil.
