Description

From Menu and Recipes Week 10/14/07 From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"[1]

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Mix soup and sour cream.
  2. Heat butter in saucepan.
  3. Add onion and chili powder and cook until tender.
  4. Add chicken, chilies and 2 tbsp soup mixture.
  5. Spread ½ cup soup mixture in 2 qt. shallow baking dish.
  6. Spoon about ½ cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla.
  7. Roll up and place seam-side down in dish.
  8. Spoon remaining soup mixture on top.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese.
  10. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until hot.
