This rub is great for spicing up pork ribs cooked indoors, or just general seasoning. It's even good on fried chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup paprika
  • 3 tbs hickory smoke powder
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 1/3 cup granulated garlic
  • 3 tbs cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbs red pepper flake
  • 1/4 cup dehydrated lemon peel
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ancho chili powder

Procedure

  1. Combine all ingredients in an airtight container with a shaker lid. Keep in a cool, dark place for up to 2 years.
