Ingredients

Procedure

  1. Brush roast with olive oil. Season all sides liberally with Seasoning.
  2. Place roast on a medium grill and cook, turning often, until internal temperature reaches 135 degrees F for medium rare, 145 for medium, and 160 for well/toast.
  3. Remove and cover with aluminum foil. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
