Ingredients

Procedures

  1. In large bowl, combine cabbages and scallions.
  2. In med bow, mix until smooth, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, dill, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper.
  3. Using whisk or fork, gradually beat in oil until well combined.
  4. Mix dressing lightly with cabbage mixture.
  5. Cover and refrigerate 1 – 2 hours to blend flavors.
  6. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
