BROWNIES

  • 350g castor
  • 80g cocoa
  • 60g plain flour
  • 1 teaspn baking powder
  • 4 eggs lightly beaten
  • 200g unsalted butter melted
  • 2 teaspn vanilla essence
  • 200g dark chocolate roughly chopped

preheat oven 160 degrees
Line a 20cm tin with baking paper
stir together sugar cocoa flour baking powder in a bowl
mix in eggs, butter and vanilla until combined
then mix in chocolate
pour into tin and bake for 45 mins
alllow partly cool before turning out to cut warm
makes 12
